Voidd does not offer refunds. The software is provided as-is and is delivered digitally and instantly — once a key is issued it cannot be returned or revoked by us for refund purposes.

Keys are sold as a digital product with immediate delivery. If your machine does not meet the minimum system requirements, that is your responsibility — check the system requirements before you buy. Not meeting the requirements is not a reason for a refund.

No exceptions are made for changed circumstances, being unable to run the software, or a decision not to use the product after purchase.
